Stretton Scouts Website
Under our charities scheme we developed a brand new website for a local scouting group – adhering to all the branding and logo rules set out by the UK Scouting Association.
Here’s what they had to say:
I approached Cuskit Limited to create a manageable website for our Scout Group in Burton-on-Trent. A Cuskit staff member came along to meet with our committee – as a voluntary organisation, these meetings take place in the evening. We voiced various issues and concerns that arose from our original website, to which ideas and possible solutions were presented by the Cuskit representative.
Within a week we had been sent a sample front page for our web site, which was colourful, engaging and animated – mirroring everything we hope to make Scouting in Stretton.
By our January committee meeting, Cuskit were ready to unveil our new site. I had expected to be busy swapping things from our old site, but everything was already there and looking so much more professional & engaging.
Cuskit had also added touches which they thought would help make the site more appealing to parents & children, such as putting in a recruitment video from our Chief Scout, Bear Grylls.
Once the committee had approved the new site, the final stage was to forward traffic from our old site, which Cuskit completed the following day.
In addition to creating our new site, Cuskit have developed comprehensive and easy-to-follow “how to” guides as well as more in-depth ones for site administrators.
Throughout the whole experience, all Cuskit representatives were professional, courteous and helpful.
