The Sales Order Management component of the TeqControl Software Suite is a fully integrated module designed to compliment the entire TeqControl system.

By interacting with the Stock Control Module within the TeqControl Software Suite, all Sales Orders can be fully validated at the point of capture, ensuring operators are aware of current and future stock availability as they progress through the ordering process.

The Sales Order Management module can also be used in conjunction with the TeqControl Financial Accounting package.

This allows the operator to make a thoroughly informed decision when placing customer orders. Whether the customer is already "on-stop" or is about to go beyond their credit limit, the operator is always kept informed.

When the orders are due for despatch an on screen picking proposal can be used which informs you of order requirements due for delivery, matched to stock availability highlighting any shortfalls. Picking notes can also be produced on an automatic run where a due order can be fully despatched. Each picking note contains the location of each item to facilitate picking for the warehouse staff.

Despatch notes, Invoices and Credit notes are tailored for each site with a layout reflecting the customer's requirements.

Full enquiry facilities both via TeqControl and TeqWEB (if installed), not only allows total management of the sales process but can also enable you to offer that information to your customer, detailing both order and despatch history information. Your customers may place orders via a secure logon procedure through TeqWEB allowing their purchasing activity to automatically become your sales process.

Amongst the available bolt-on modules within the Sales Order Processing is the TeqControl Wearer Management System with its unique control, monitoring and reporting at client, outlet and individual wearer level.
