The TeqControl Manufacturing Module allows Apparel Companies complete real-time visibility of their production status.
With full integration to the TeqControl Software Stock Control Module, planned manufacturing requirements are taken into account within the stock availability, allowing for more intelligent sales orders/production order interaction.
In the cutting room, material requirements list what is needed for the works orders and cutting lists are produced against the plans.
The work tickets will normally be created to economic batch quantities with barcoded feedback stubs for each operation to enable efficient analysis of work against operatives.
Materials, Accessories and Trim are included in the bills-of-materials which may be planned against issue points within the route. The route lists labour operations against monitor points.
Work in Progress enquiries (also available on the internet via TeqWEB) enable the real-time monitoring of production by progress points and against operatives. As soon as employee stubs are scanned into the system the work-in-progress is updated, giving an up to date report of where garments are within the production process.
The Labour Cost Control analysis includes calculations (which include off-standard time and non-productive payments) to gross pay which can then be automatically further integrated to gross-to-net payroll if installed.
